I will admit that for years I wondered how Allen Says and all these other forums owners out there made all this easy money, you probably have too!

Note: Some of you THINK you know the answers already, but from what I have read, there is a lot of SERIOUS myth, and misinformation surrounding the subject. In fact; looking back, it wouldn’t have worked AT ALL with most of the advice I was reading frankly.
So..., without any real blueprint...,one day I took the plunge and decided to try it MYSELF when the opportunity presented itself, and when I did, I not only was surprised at how simple it was, but I got practically rich by some standards virtually overnight!
I was shocked to learn that it was amazingly EASY, if you love forums, and you do a few key things... 
In fact; I literally KICJKED MYSELF when the light bulb finally clicked on, and I was making money out my ears, 24 hours per day, even in my sleep before long! 
What I discovered is that my suspicions were true: 

“Being a forum owner is exactly what I thought it was – THA BOMB!”

At first though, there were a lot of questions... I mean, there seemed to be a lot of catch 22’s to starting a forum
For instance:

• How are you going to get people to join, when there is no one else there? Make up fake profiles? - I don’t think so!

• How do you make money? Adsense? Classifieds? Banner Ads? Monthly membership fees?

• How do you get traffic to it?

• Is It hard to build a forum?

• Does it require a lot of SEO knowledge?

• How do you get activity going?

• Do you have to work for months on end for free before you FINALLY start seeing a little profit drizzle in?

Again, I had a virtual TON of questions... and they were legit questions... 
Once I started my own forum though, I found the answers to all of those questions. 
Here are some of the things I found out:

• I didn’t really need thousands of members to make money...- In fact I made over $5000.00 my first MONTH as a forum owner with less than 500 free members!

• Within 3 months and I had made over $25,000, and within 12 months I had made over $100,000.

I also learned that:

• It’s wasn’t hard to put a forum online, or complicated.

• There are pre-made , literally “point and click” forum templates to use.

• It didn’t even cost $10.00 to start.

• I didn’t have to work too hard building content- because The members built it from just “chatting”.

• Each post the members made was another opportunity for me to show up in search results, so I didn’t have to do do a bunch of SEO to get traffic.

• I didn’t need a ton of members to make money. And lastly ,

• I got A LOT of respect for being a forum leader, it gave me a TON of credibility, and it was a lot more like FUN than “work”.

In fact it was so fun that I didn’t really want to do anything else for an entire year!
After awhile I went chasing down some more rabbit holes after I got it all figured out... because I like to succeed at a lot of different things... but guess what?
